FREE SHIPPING: Items with free shipping are sent postal or 5 day ups ground depending on the item, customer will be charged shipping if a more urgent delivery is desired. Free Shipping only applies in the lower 48 States.
Damaged & Missing Shipments: All damaged / missing shipments need to be reported immediately. Parts need to be checked in by you immediately and reported to us and UPS within 72 hours. We will not resend parts that are damaged our lost by UPS unless another order is placed. We will credit you when UPS settles the claim.
Refused Shipments: Any refused shipments sent back to StreetNshow.com does not give the customer the right to a refund or credit. It is the customers responsibility to make all arrangements with StreetNshow.com for the refused shipment. It is company policy to charge the customer all shipping charges associated with the shipment and a 15% restocking fee.
